I design practical agricultural value-chain systems that connect climate-smart production, traceability, value addition and market access. Through Beyond Fair Organics, I work with farmers and partners to turn field realities into usable data, stronger business decisions and more value retained at origin.
I came into agriculture through project management, business and a persistent question: why does so much value leave farming communities once a crop is harvested? That question has shaped my work across Rwanda and international markets. Through Beyond Fair Organics, I work across production, quality, traceability, processing, compliance and market access. I am increasingly interested in regenerative agriculture, soil health, circular use of agricultural materials and practical data systems that help farmers understand what their farms actually cost to run and where value is gained or lost. My background combines project management, sustainability, digital systems and cross-border business. What connects these areas for me is systems thinking: understanding how climate risk, farmer economics, production, value addition and markets interact, then turning that understanding into something practical enough to test with farmers and communities.
