I work with One Acre Fund in Corporate Operations, where I contribute to creating an enabling, healthy and people-centered work environment. My work brings together people experience, learning and development, workplace wellbeing, facilities and operational support, with a strong focus on improving how employees, visitors and partners experience the organization.

I am a Rwandan Corporate Operations and Experience professional with several years of experience supporting people, operations, and organizational effectiveness. My journey has been shaped by a belief that meaningful impact happens when we create environments where people can learn, contribute, feel valued, and build better lives. My passion has increasingly grown toward the intersection of people, food, care, and community resilience. Through Grandpa’s Village Initiative and its emerging Food & Care Academy, I aspire to create practical pathways for young people, especially young women, to build dignified livelihoods while supporting healthier children, families, and communities. Today, I am expanding this journey through the African Food Fellowship, with the aspiration to become a changemaker who connects healthy food, youth opportunity, care, and sustainable food systems into solutions that can grow beyond one community and contribute to a healthier, more resilient country and Continent.
